Georgia Junior Golf Foundation (GJGF) is proud to partner with THE TOUR Championship presented by Coca-Cola through TICKETS Fore CHARITY, a fundraising program designed to generate revenue for local charities where PGA TOUR tournaments are held.


Georgia Junior Golf Foundation (GJGF) will have the opportunity to promote the sale of tournament tickets with 100% of the net proceeds from the ticket sales going to charity.  50% of the proceeds will benefit the promoting organization and 50% will benefit the East Lake Foundation a program that helps families create a better future and a stronger community through quality education, affordable housing and innovative programs that build strength now and for future generations.

Big Canoe MGA supports GJGF!

 The Big Canoe Mens Golf Association is a strong organization in a unique position to assist one or more local charities.  This year the Big Canoe MGA chose the GJGF to be their charity and we appreciate the donation.

If you entered the contest for $10.00 and hit the putting green you got a ticket for a drawing to split the pot of $1,220.00, the other half of the pot went to the Georgia Junior Golf Foundation

Spread the word- Georgia Women's Golf Association grants available now

GET THE WORD OUT TO ALL GIRLS AND WOMEN GOLF COACHES IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA!!! The GWGA 2010 Grant Application can be found on our website www.gwga.org  . One of the functions is to develop, promote, maintain, and protect the best interests of the game of golf among the amateur female golfers throughout the State of GA. The Board has allocated a minimum of $1,000 annually to help Georgia girls and women competitive golf programs. Funds can be used for equipment, supplies, travel or other needs proven by the grant application.

GJGF Doubling Efforts in 2010 with New Programs & Services

The Georgia Junior Golf Foundation is pleased to announce it is doubling its efforts for 2010 with more new and exciting programs and services for Georgia Junior Golfers. We are proud to launch our brand new website with all the junior golf news and information on what is going on presented to you in a fun interactive format. Please check out our new site and keep checking back as we build it out and keep adding more information for you. Join us and become fans of our GJGF Golf license tag on Facebook and get to know our Friends of the Foundation-Stewart, Davis and Heath and follow them out on tour and on twitter. GJGF is also taking our Rules Schools out on the road with our brand new Rules and Etiquette Power Point Presentation with videos and a quiz. We are setting up presentations all over the state and want to invite not only junior golfers but their parents and coaches as well. Our most comprehensive program to date is our new Player Development Program. We are asking a number of golf courses this first year to PARTNER with us in growing the game. We offer everything from curriculum to equipment lockers and hope to build even more junior friendly golf courses in Georgia. Thanks for spending some time with us in Chip Shots!
